Jim was widely recruited out of college, landing in the first round with Century 21 real estate. He sold homes to families for more than 15 years before we approached him and requested a trade. We sent Century 21 a third round draft pick in 2014, three Pumper t-shirts, and an autographed picture of Rolf Bernischke. In return, we got Jim. We think Jim's got a few good years left in him before retirement. Though the walls sure do look empty without our Rolf Bernishcke photo.
