Ted Rulseh is a stylist. Not a hair-stylist, because he has trouble combing his own hair, much less yours. He’s more of a word stylist. You see, he’s the editor of Onsite Installer, Municipal Sewer & Water and Cleaner magazines. He writes stories and collects information that he styles into fantastic articles. He wears a hat a lot, and we’re glad, because his hair is usually a mess.
